Hello, we're looking to hire a full-time Executive & Marketing Assistant to support our agency's leadership and marketing team across both executive and marketing tasks.
We help ecommerce brands grow through paid ads, creative strategy, and better marketing systems.
This is a role for a motivated, highly organized person who can keep leadership on track while also supporting the day-to-day marketing work that keeps our clients moving.
You'll wear two hats:
• Helping the founder and team stay organized, on schedule, and ahead of deadlines
• Supporting marketing tasks like research, creative coordination, reporting, and asset organization
The goal is simple: keep things organized, accurate, and moving, so leadership and the team can focus on growing the business and our clients' brands.
For the right person, this role can grow into a more senior operations, executive, or marketing position over time.
We want someone smart, proactive, reliable, and genuinely excited to support a growing ecommerce agency.
WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DOES
You'll support both executive operations and marketing work.
You won't own entire client accounts or strategy on day one.
You'll learn the business, stay organized, and gradually take on more.
EXECUTIVE SUPPORT
• Managing calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Organizing and prioritizing tasks, follow-ups, and reminders
• Handling inbox and communication support
• Preparing documents, notes, and summaries
• Coordinating between the founder, team, and clients
• Keeping projects and deadlines on track
• Handling general admin and operational tasks
MARKETING SUPPORT
• Researching competitors, products, and the Meta/Facebook Ad Library
• Organizing creative assets, files, and documentation
• Helping prepare creative briefs and gather product information
• Assisting with pulling performance data and building simple reports
• Coordinating tasks between designers, strategists, and other team members
• Keeping project management tools and trackers up to date
• Following up on tasks and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
• Leadership stays organized, on schedule, and ahead of deadlines
• Tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Files, assets, and trackers are always organized and up to date
• Nothing important gets forgotten or lost
• Research and reporting are thorough and useful
• You anticipate needs before being asked
• You communicate clearly and keep everyone informed
• You catch small details before submitting
• You become more independent over time and need less guidance
• You take ownership of recurring tasks
WHAT WE CARE MOST ABOUT
• Proactivity - You anticipate what's needed and act before being asked.
• Organization - You keep calendars, files, tasks, and information tidy and easy to find.
• Attention to detail - Dates, names, numbers, offers, spelling, and formatting matter.
• Reliability - When you say something is done, it's done.
• Discretion - You handle sensitive information and communication professionally.
• Willingness to learn - You take feedback well and improve quickly.
• Strong research skills - You can dig, find what's needed, and organize information clearly.
• Communication - You're responsive during your hours and speak up early when stuck or behind.
• Ownership - You care about the outcome, not just completing the task.
• Basic marketing sense - You understand how ecommerce brands sell online or are hungry to learn.
