We are looking for a confident, ambitious and commercially minded Business Development Representative based in the Philippines.

This role starts PART-TIME, with a clear path toward FULL-TIME employment and potentially regional or international opportunities.

Your main responsibility is:

BOOK QUALIFIED PARTNERSHIP MEETINGS.

You are NOT responsible for closing deals.

Our international leadership team conducts the meetings, presents MYTALENT, develops the partnership and handles negotiations.

One successful partnership could introduce hundreds or thousands of creators, members, students, athletes, customers or fans into MYTALENT.

Most of your time should be spent creating conversations, following up and booking quality meetings — not building prospect lists from scratch.

COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE PATH

STARTING PART-TIME BASE:

PHP 15,000/month

YOU ARE PAID TWICE PER MONTH.

We believe strong performance should be rewarded quickly.

During your first 1–3 months, your earnings can increase based on qualified, completed partnership meetings.


15 QUALIFIED COMPLETED MEETINGS/MONTH
→ PHP 30,000/month

20 QUALIFIED COMPLETED MEETINGS/MONTH
→ PHP 35,000/month

25 QUALIFIED COMPLETED MEETINGS/MONTH
→ PHP 40,000/month

You can also earn COMMISSION according to the MYTALENT commission structure.

A qualified meeting must:

• Be scheduled AND completed

• Be with a relevant decision-maker such as a CEO, Partnership Manager, Marketing Director, Membership Director or equivalent

• Be clearly understood as a meeting to explore a potential partnership with MYTALENT

• Involve an organization with realistic potential to generate users, creator activity, community value or strategic opportunities

Meetings that do not meet these standards will not count toward performance milestones.
