JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing influencer marketing agency looking for an experienced Outreach & Appointment Setter to help us generate new business and build relationships with creators.

Your main goal will be to identify qualified prospects, conduct cold outreach, follow up with leads, and book qualified calls for our sales team to close.

You will be reaching out to both:

Brands

iGaming / online gaming companies
Tech and SaaS companies
Health and wellness brands
Consumer brands actively using influencer or creator marketing
Other companies that could benefit from influencer marketing campaigns

Creators / Influencers

Identify creators who fit upcoming campaigns
Contact creators through email, Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms
Gather rates, availability, analytics, and contact information
Build relationships with creators for future campaigns
Responsibilities
Research and build targeted lists of potential brand clients
Find the appropriate marketing decision-makers
Send personalized cold emails and outreach messages
Conduct consistent follow-ups
Respond to interested prospects
Qualify potential clients before booking calls
Book meetings directly onto our calendar
Research and contact influencers for campaigns
Maintain an organized CRM or lead-tracking system
Keep records of outreach, responses, follow-ups, and booked meetings
Test different outreach approaches to improve response and booking rates
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous cold email, appointment setting, SDR, or lead-generation experience
Has strong written English
Is comfortable communicating with executives and creators
Understands B2B prospecting
Is persistent with follow-ups without being spammy
Is organized and able to manage hundreds of leads
Can work independently
Is results-driven and focused on generating qualified meetings

Experience with any of the following is a major advantage:

Apollo

Smartlead
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
HubSpot or other CRMs
Influencer marketing
Creator outreach
Digital marketing agencies
What Success Looks Like

We care primarily about results.

Your performance will be measured based on:

Qualified conversations generated
Positive responses
Qualified calls booked
Consistency of outreach and follow-ups
Quality of prospects being contacted

There will also be opportunities for performance bonuses based on qualified meetings and results.

Compensation & Bonuses

This is a full-time position with a base salary plus performance-based bonuses.

In addition to your base salary, you will receive a $100 USD bonus for every prospect you book that becomes a paying client.

There is significant opportunity to earn additional bonuses as you generate more qualified opportunities and help grow the agency.
