About the Company
LandCo Property Group is an established real estate investment company in Northeast Ohio, and we're expanding our team.
This is a stable, long-term opportunity with a company that values its people. We're not looking for someone to fill a seat for a month, we're looking for committed team members who want to grow with us. Perform well, and you'll have strong job security and a real career path in a business that's built to last.
What You'll Do
You'll be the connective hub across every real estate transaction, coordinating buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies from contract to close, while also providing executive and operations support that keeps the team running smoothly.
Transaction Coordination
- Coordinate transactions from contract to closing across purchase, sale, and wholesale deals
- Serve as the main point of contact for sellers and buyers throughout the transaction
- Track closing items and milestones, and help resolve documentation questions along the way
- Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other third parties to keep timelines on track
- Manage transaction documentation, correspondence, and approvals
Operations Support
- Assist with internal operations, reporting, and documentation
- Help create and maintain SOPs and workflows that standardize recurring processes
- Contribute to internal systems and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, tracking systems)
Somewhere in your application, include the word "rockstar" to show us you read the full job description. Applications without it will not be considered.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in U.S. real estate (transaction coordination, title/escrow, real estate admin, or similar)
- Excellent written and spoken English, you'll be communicating directly with U.S. buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple files/deadlines at once
- Experience with GHL, Google Sheets, AI tools, and workflow automation
- A self-starter who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
Reliable, communicative, and committed to a long-term role, not just a short-term gig
Compensation & Schedule
- $6/hour (depending on experience), paid biweekly
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM EST
- Training provided
- Long-term growth potential into a lead Transaction Coordinator / Executive Assistant role for the right person
HOW TO APPLY:
As part of your application, please submit your resume and a 1–2 minute Audio Recording covering:
- Who you are and your background
- Your relevant real estate / transaction coordination experience
