Experience supporting multiple locations, teams, customers, or accounts.
Restaurant, hospitality, food service, retail, or multi-location business experience is a plus.
Familiarity with POS, delivery platforms, scheduling systems, or restaurant management systems is a plus.
What Success Looks Like
A successful Junior Operations Coordinator will:
Complete recurring daily tasks accurately and on time.
Keep trackers and reports current.
Minimize data-entry and reporting errors.
Follow up consistently on missing information.
Identify exceptions before they become larger operational problems.
Escalate issues appropriately instead of allowing them to remain unresolved.
Become increasingly independent in managing recurring workflows.
Reduce the amount of repetitive monitoring and follow-up required from the Operations Specialist.
Growth Opportunity
This role is designed as an entry point into restaurant operations. As the employee develops stronger analytical, reporting, and operational skills, responsibilities may expand into more advanced reporting, schedule analysis, inventory and labor analysis, and broader operational coordination.
