Built Mighty is a fast-growing WooCommerce and e-commerce agency that builds powerful, custom digital commerce solutions for ambitious brands. We combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver results our clients love.
We're scaling our content output and need someone who can actually build it; design the page in Figma, cut the video, animate the graphic, and ship it across our site, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on production role, not a writing role. You'll take a project win, a technical concept, or a client story and turn it into finished assets: designed website pages, branded graphics, motion pieces, and edited video.
Think of yourself as the person who owns everything between "here's the story" and "it's live and it looks great." You'll work directly with our developers, project managers, and leadership to help bring these stories to life.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Web Content
Design website pages, landing pages, and case study layouts in Figma, components, auto-layout, responsive breakpoints, and clean handoff to our dev team.
Build and maintain a reusable component and template library so we stop designing the same block twice.
Produce supporting graphics: diagrams, before/after visuals, data callouts, social cards, thumbnails.
Publish or assist in publishing finished pages in WordPress, keeping design intent intact.
Motion & Video
Create motion graphics - animated explainers, UI walkthroughs, kinetic type, logo stings, Lottie/After Effects assets for the site.
Edit short-form and long-form video: screen recordings, Zoom interviews, on-camera segments. Handle color, audio cleanup, captions, lower thirds, and B-roll.
Own video and YouTube production end to end: editing, thumbnails, titles, chapters, descriptions, and end screens. This is a new venture and we're starting from zero.
Cut and reformat every asset for LinkedIn/Socials - native video, carousels, vertical crops, silent-friendly captions.
Production Systems
Build repeatable templates, presets, and project structures so output scales without quality dropping.
Maintain an organized asset library - source files, exports, brand assets, stock, fonts.
Coordinate with project teams to gather screenshots, metrics, recordings, and approvals for each piece.
Distribution & Iteration
Ship content on a consistent cadence across our website, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Track performance (views, watch time, engagement, traffic) and use it to sharpen the next round.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years producing design, motion, or video content - agency, in-house marketing, or freelance. Portfolio matters more than years.
Required skills:
Figma - strong working knowledge. Components, variants, auto-layout, styles/variables, and dev-ready handoff.
Video editing - Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar. Clean cuts, good pacing, proper audio.
Motion graphics - After Effects or equivalent. You can animate a UI walkthrough or an explainer without it looking like a template.
Graphic design fundamentals - typography, hierarchy, layout, color. Your work looks intentional, not assembled.
Web production literacy - you understand responsive layouts, image optimization, file formats, and what's actually buildable versus what just looks good in a mockup.
Comfortable working independently, juggling multiple pieces, and hitting deadlines without being chased. Must be a good communicator.
Nice-to-haves:
WordPress page building (Gutenberg, Elementor, or custom themes).
Working HTML/CSS - enough to spec accurately or make small edits yourself.
YouTube channel growth: thumbnails, packaging, retention.
Experience with WooCommerce, e-commerce, or B2B technical content.
Basic copywriting - you'll be handed a script or draft, but being able to tighten it is a plus.
Illustrator, Photoshop, Descript, CapCut, or After Effects plugin ecosystems.
What Success Looks Like
A consistent, growing volume of finished assets shipping every month - web, LinkedIn, YouTube.
Website pages that ship faster because your Figma files are actually build-ready.
A YouTube channel with real watch time, not just uploads.
A visual system that makes Built Mighty look like the technical authority we are.

To Apply
Send your resume, a short note, and your portfolio. We want to see:
A Figma file you designed (view access is fine). Website or landing page work preferred. We'll be looking at how it's built, not just how it looks.
2–3 videos you edited, ideally with some motion graphics work.
Any web pages you designed that went live, with links.
If you have a YouTube channel, LinkedIn presence, or side projects you're proud of, include those too.
