Video Editor / Production Team Wanted — Faceless YouTube (AI, Explainer, Stock Footage & Bodycam)
We're a growing multi-channel YouTube operation producing faceless content across several niches and markets. We're looking for a versatile video editor — or a full production team — to turn finished scripts and asset packs into high-retention, upload-ready videos.
What you'll do
Edit long-form faceless YouTube videos (typically 10–20 minutes) from supplied scripts, voiceover, and image/footage packs
Assemble and polish four core formats: AI-generated video, explainer/animation-style edits, classic stock-footage narration videos, and police bodycam / real-footage edits
Cut and pace bodycam and real-i
Sync visuals to provided voiceover (ElevenLabs and similar), with clean pacing and timing
Add captions, motion, transitions, sound design, and light SFX/music to maximise retention
Keep each channel's established style, character look, and formatting consistent
Hit deadlines reliably and manage a steady volume of videos
You (or your team) must be confident with
AI video tools and workflows (generating, cleaning up, and cutting AI footage into a coherent edit)
Explainer-style editing (animated elements, text-on-screen, visual pacing)
Traditional stock-footage faceless videos (sourcing, sequencing, colour/consistency)
Bodycam / real-footage editing (pacing tense sequences, redaction/blurring where needed, caption and timestamp overlays, retention-focused cuts)
A professional editing suite (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent)
Captions/subtitles and retention-focused pacing
Nice to have
Experience with faceless finance, POV, story/audiobook, or true-crime/bodycam channels
Thumbnail design or motion-graphics skills
Familiarity with YouTube retention analytics
If applying as a team: clear division of roles (editing, sourcing, thumbnails, QC) and the ability to handle higher volume
What we're looking for
Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented — you catch your own mistakes
Comfortable following a style guide but able to make smart creative calls
Strong communicator who hits deadlines without chasing
Solo editors and full production teams both welcome — tell us how you're set up
To apply
Send your portfolio or 2–3 sample faceless videos you've edited (AI, explainer, stock-footage, or bodycam examples especially welcome), your rate/availability, and the tools you use. A short note on which format is your strongest gets our attention. If you're a team, tell us who does what and your combined output capacity.
