JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing Florida title agency processing residential purchase and refinance closings across South Florida, the Treasure Coast, and the Florida Keys. We are hiring an experienced Title Intake Coordinator to own the front end of every file: open the order, build the file in Qualia, and get title and lien searches ordered and tracked the same day the contract hits our inbox.

This is not an entry-level VA role and it is not a training position. If you have not worked inside Qualia in a real title production role, do not apply. Your application will not be read.
