JOB OVERVIEW

This role starts with strategy and ends with production. In order:

Industry and market research
Map our sector in the Netherlands. Analyse the current dutch market and 5 to 10 direct and indirect competitors: their visual identity, tone of voice, posting frequency, content formats, and what actually performs for them. Deliver a short written summary with findings and recommendations.

Brand style definition
Based on that research, build a brand style guide: color palette, typography, photography and illustration direction, and tone of voice. This becomes the reference for everything we produce.

Website style
Translate the brand style into a visual direction for our website. Website does not have to be created by you, but we would appreciate the styles we can use based on your research..

Social media style
- Design post templates for Instagram, LinkedIn, ---------- and Facebook. Feed posts, carousels, stories and reels covers.
- Delivered as editable Figma or Canva templates so we can produce posts ourselves afterwards.

Content ideas and production
Propose a content pillar structure and a concrete content calendar. Then design the actual posts for our marketing campaign, informed by what is currently working on Dutch social media and what competitors are doing. We expect proactive ideas, not only execution of briefs.
