JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT

I run a small software studio (ExoLabs Studio Limited). We just launched
Traak, an iPhone app that tracks all your online orders in one place —
SHEIN, Temu, Amazon — and tells you when a package is out for delivery.
It's live on the App Store. I'm the only person on the team, which is
why I'm hiring.

I'm looking for one person to take over the repeating work around the
app so I can stay on the product. The tasks vary, but they're all the
same kind of work: careful, repeatable, done without being chased.

WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE

Most of your time goes to finding creators and contacting them. You'll
search TikTok, Instagram and YouTube for people who post haul and
unboxing videos — the kind who order from SHEIN, Temu or Amazon and film
what arrives. You look for mid-sized accounts, mostly in the US, UK and
Canada, check their bio for a business email, keep everything organised
in a shared Google Sheet, and send them a collaboration email. The email
is already written — you're sending it, not writing it. When someone
replies, it comes to me. You never negotiate money.

The rest of the week changes. Some of it is reading our support inbox
and answering simple questions from replies I've prepared, and passing
real bugs to me with a clear description of what the user did. Some of
it is watching new App Store reviews. Some weeks it's copying figures
into a sheet so I can see the trend, or looking at what competing apps
charge and what their reviews complain about.

I'll train you on each of these one at a time. Nobody starts knowing all
of it.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

- Clear written English. You'll write to American creators and to our
users. Not perfect English — clear English.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and Gmail. Everything runs on those.
- Careful. This is work where one careless send does real damage, so
I'd much rather have a few emails done properly than a lot done fast.
- Able to work without being chased. I won't be checking on you daily.
- Honest about what you did, including on the slow days.

WHAT YOU DON'T NEED

- No marketing degree. No copywriting, design, or video editing.
- No experience with apps or software.
- No paid tools — everything is free.

HOURS AND PAY

- 20 hours per week. You choose your schedule inside the week; I don't
watch a timer.
- $350 to $500 USD per month depending on experience, paid twice a
month by Wise or PayPal.
- Starts with one paid trial week at the same rate, on real work, so
we both find out if it fits before committing.
- Long term if it works, with more hours later if you want them. This
is not a one-off project.
