We're Hiring: Marketing & Operations Assistant
Location: 100% remote (based in Philippines)

We’re looking for a Marketing & Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will split your time between driving our Amazon channel expansion and keeping the supply chain humming through weekly inventory checks and fulfilment routines.

Role Overview

First 3–6 Months Focus
- 75% Marketing Support: Drive execution across Amazon listing management, launch prep, basic PPC, and marketing systems.
- 25% Operations Support: Assist with inventory monitoring, routine warehouse tasks, and stock health tracking.

Long-Term Focus (6th Month onwards)
-50% Marketing / 50% Operations: Shift into a balanced role managing ongoing marketing projects, collaborator inquiries, and routine supply chain support.

Amazon Management & Support
- Set up and optimize Amazon listings, including product titles, bullet points, backend keywords, image uploads, and A+ Content.

- Handle end-to-end FBA routines, creation of shipping plans, inventory tracking, and catalog troubleshooting inside Seller Central.

- Assist with Amazon PPC campaigns by monitoring keyword performance, ad metrics, and routine ad maintenance.
Marketing Operations & Assistant Support

- Serve as the system keeper—ensuring team processes are actively used and marketing deliverables are followed through on time.

- Manage inbound collaboration inquiries, handle creator communications, and execute basic website updates.

Operations & Supply Chain Support
- Conduct weekly inventory health checks to proactively flag out-of-stock (OOS) and overstock risks.

- Conduct inventory planning and inventory fulfilment forecasting to keep stock aligned with demand.

- Support routine warehouse operations, including order splits, clearing warehouse stock, and routine fulfillment tasks.

You’re a Fit If You Have:

- Experience in building listings, uploading assets, setting up A+ Content, and managing FBA routines.

- Comfortable providing ad support by tracking keywords, impressions, and basic campaign performance metrics.

- Natural organizer who ensures processes are followed and deliverables hit their target dates.

- Comfortable with spreadsheets, order splits, warehouse clearing, and tracking overstock or out-of-stock risks.

- Friendly and professional when managing incoming creator collaborations and basic website updates.

- Detail-oriented mindset that spots typos in listings or stock count errors before they cause issues.

- Adaptable team player who thrives switching between creative marketing tasks and practical operations support.
