Video Editor — Ads, VSLs & UGC (Steady Remote Work, DTC Brand)
Location: Remote · Type: Ongoing, part-time or full-time · Pay: Monthly base + bonuses

Who we are

We're an established e-commerce brand running paid ads at scale. We've done seven figures and we're growing — which means a steady, ongoing pipeline of video work, not one-off gigs. We're looking for one reliable editor to be our go-to for creative.

What you'll do

Turn our scripts and raw footage into scroll-stopping video for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok. The work spans:

Short-form ads
Long-form VSLs (video sales letters)
UGC edits
Product and b-roll footage

You'll work from clear, detailed briefs, so you're never guessing what we want. Think strong hooks, clean pacing, captions, light sound design — video that looks native to the feed, not overproduced.

We're a good fit if you:

Have edited ads, VSLs, or UGC before (please send examples — this matters most)
Know your way around Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar
Can turn around edits reliably and hit deadlines without chasing
Communicate clearly in English
Want steady, ongoing work with one brand rather than juggling one-off clients
