People & Talent Coordinator

Part Time | Remote | Philippines

Arkero is a modern staffing company connecting Australian and New Zealand businesses with talented remote professionals from the Philippines.

We are looking for a proactive and organised People & Talent Coordinator to work directly under our Head of People & Talent.

This is a hands-on support role. You will help the Head of People & Talent build and maintain our talent pool, coordinate candidates, support placements and keep recruitment activity moving.

What You Will Be Doing
Work directly under the Head of People & Talent
Post and manage job advertisements
Source candidates for a range of remote roles
Review applications and assist with initial screening
Coordinate interviews and assessments
Follow up candidates throughout the recruitment process
Keep candidate records accurate and organised
Check candidate availability and help keep the talent pool fresh
Assist with onboarding new talent into the Arkero talent pool
Support active client placement requests
Contact suitable candidates when opportunities become available
Assist with placement onboarding once a candidate is selected
Follow up outstanding information and candidate requirements
Support the Head of People & Talent with day-to-day recruitment and talent tasks

Comfortable working independently while following direction from the Head of People & Talent
Comfortable using modern software
Interested in recruitment, people and talent

Previous recruitment, HR, virtual assistant or talent coordination experience is highly regarded.

The Role

This is initially a part-time position supporting our Head of People & Talent.

Arkero is preparing for launch and expects to build a talent pool of approximately 50 to 100 placement ready professionals during the first month while also supporting live client placements.

The Head of People & Talent will own the department, make final recruitment and placement decisions and manage overall talent strategy. Your role is to provide the hands-on support required to keep the department organised and moving quickly.

As Arkero grows, there may be opportunities for the role to grow with the company.
