JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Google & Shopify Product Lister who is highly comfortable with dropshipping stores, especially in Fashion and Home & Decor.

This is not a basic product-uploading role. Our product listing process is AI-assisted, so the main responsibility of the lister is to prepare the required information in the sheet, review the listings generated by AI, identify mistakes, and make sure the final listings meet our quality standards.

We are looking for someone who has a very good eye for product listings and understands what makes a listing good or bad.

What You’ll Be Doing
Filling and maintaining product listing sheets with accurate product information.
Working with AI-generated product titles, descriptions, keywords, and other listing information.
Carefully reviewing AI-generated listings before they are used on our stores.
Identifying and correcting mistakes made by AI.
Checking whether the title actually matches the product shown in the images.
Checking whether the keywords are relevant and make sense for the product.
Identifying keyword stuffing, unnatural wording, irrelevant keywords, or misleading product information.
Making sure product titles are suitable for Google Shopping and SEO.
Reviewing existing listings and identifying which listings are strong and which need improvement.
Improving AI-generated listings when necessary rather than blindly accepting the AI output.
Working with multiple Shopify stores and potentially different markets/languages.
Maintaining consistent listing quality across large product catalogs.
Using Google Sheets and other tools required for the product listing workflow.
AI-Assisted Workflow

A significant part of this role will involve working alongside AI.

AI will handle much of the initial listing generation, but AI is not perfect and can make mistakes such as:

Choosing irrelevant keywords.
Misunderstanding what a product actually is.
Using keywords that don't match the product.
Creating unnatural or poorly structured titles.
Adding information that cannot be verified from the product.
Using incorrect product categories.
Missing important search terms.
Producing listings that technically look correct but are not commercially useful.

Your job is to catch these mistakes.

You should have a strong enough understanding of ecommerce, SEO, Google Shopping, and product listings to quickly identify when an AI-generated listing is not good enough.

We are looking for someone who can say:

"AI generated this listing, but this isn't right because the product should be positioned differently and these keywords don't make sense."

rather than someone who simply checks whether the AI has filled every column.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should:

Have hands-on experience with Shopify.
Have strong experience with dropshipping.
Have experience with Fashion and/or Home & Decor stores.
Understand Google Shopping product listings.
Have a strong understanding of SEO keywords and search intent.
Be able to identify high-intent and commercially relevant keywords.
Have a very good eye for identifying good vs. bad product listings.
Be able to review AI-generated content critically.
Have strong attention to detail.
Understand product categorization and product positioning.
Be comfortable working with Google Sheets.
Be able to work independently and make sensible decisions without needing step-by-step instructions for every product.
Experience With Successful Stores

Preference will be given to candidates who have already worked on successful dropshipping stores, particularly stores using Google Shopping or similar advertising channels.

If you have previously worked on stores that were generating consistent sales, please mention this in your application and explain what type of products/stores you worked with.

Who We Are NOT Looking For

This role is not suitable for someone who only knows how to upload products to Shopify.

We are not looking for someone who will simply:

Fill the sheet → Let AI generate everything → Accept the output → Move on.

We need someone who can review, question, correct, and improve the output.

The ability to spot small mistakes that could negatively affect a product's SEO, Google Shopping relevance, or customer understanding is extremely important.

Compensation

$3/hour

We are also open to discussing a fixed monthly arrangement after evaluating your skills, speed, accuracy, and overall quality of work.

We will initially evaluate your skills before committing to a longer-term monthly arrangement.

Selection Process

Candidates may be given a small practical test involving product sheets, AI-generated listings, SEO keywords, and product evaluation.

The test will evaluate:

SEO keyword understanding
Google Shopping knowledge
Shopify experience
Dropshipping experience
Understanding of Fashion/Home & Decor products
Ability to identify AI mistakes
Ability to improve weak listings
Attention to detail
Speed and accuracy
Overall judgment when reviewing product listings

If you already have relevant experience, please include examples of the Shopify/dropshipping stores or types of products you have worked with in your application.

We are looking for someone who can become the quality-control eye behind our AI-assisted product listing process.
