JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Script Writer to join our YouTube content team.

The main focus will be writing scripts for our AI-automated YouTube channels, with some additional work for our VidRush channels.

Responsibilities:

* Write engaging and well-structured YouTube scripts
* Work with AI-generated drafts and turn them into polished, natural-sounding scripts
* Research topics and fact-check information when needed
* Improve hooks, pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
* Adapt scripts to different channels, niches, and content formats
* Follow established SOPs and content guidelines
* Make revisions based on feedback
* Consistently meet deadlines and handle multiple scripts

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a YouTube Script Writer
* Previous experience writing scripts for YouTube channels, preferably faceless channels
* Strong English writing skills
* Good understanding of YouTube storytelling, hooks, pacing, and retention
* Experience working with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT
* Strong research and fact-checking skills
* Ability to work independently and follow SOPs
* Reliable and comfortable working full-time
* Attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality scripts

Experience with AI-automated YouTube channels, VidRush, documentary-style content, or YouTube automation is a strong plus.

Compensation:
$450 USD/month

This is a full-time, long-term position.
