JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for open-minded fluent English speaking female operators to join our virtual services team. This is a phone call position only. You will engage in casual friendly and entertaining voice conversations over the phone with international clients. Requirements: Excellent spoken English with a clear and pleasant voice. Must be 18 years or older. Quiet working environment with no background noise. Stable internet connection and a smartphone or laptop with a good headset. Ability to work during the night shift. Compensation and Progressive Bonus Scheme: We offer a high pay per minute rate calculated and paid weekly. Your rate increases based on your total phone talk time every week: Tier 1 (1 hour per week): 0.20 USD per minute (12.00 USD per hour). Tier 2 (2 hours per week): 0.30 USD per minute (18.00 USD per hour). Tier 3 (3 hours per week): 0.40 USD per minute (24.00 USD per hour). Tier 4 (5 hours per week): 0.50 USD per minute (30.00 USD per hour). BONUS! Over 10 hours of talk per week you get 1 USD per minute (60.00 USD per hour).
