Supply Chain Manager — Multi-Brand E-Commerce (Remote)
About Us
We're a fast-growing, multi-brand direct-to-consumer e-commerce company running 10+ Shopify stores across the US, UK, Australia, Canada and France. We scale aggressively with Meta ads and have already crossed 7 figures this year. Our team is lean, sharp, and results-driven — no corporate nonsense, just people who get things done.
We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager who wants to own the logistics backbone of a serious operation and grow with us.
What You'll Actually Do
You'll be the person who makes sure every order across all our stores moves from supplier → customer without delays, excuses, or surprises. Concretely:
Monitor the full supply chain across all active stores daily
Hold suppliers accountable to promised delivery timelines
Coordinate closely with our customer service team to prevent and resolve shipping issues before customers complain
Track all parcel and shipment data in structured Google Sheets — no sloppy work
Flag delays, patterns, and risks proactively to the team via Slack
Keep our customers happy by making sure products arrive on time, every time
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
Excellent written communication — you're clear, fast, and professional
Experience working in or alongside e-commerce / dropshipping operations
Comfortable navigating Shopify (order management, fulfillment flows)
Able to work structured and track KPIs without being micromanaged
Available 4–10 hours/day, 7 days a week (flexible scheduling, but consistency is non-negotiable)
Willing to follow our systems, SOPs, and strategy — we've built them for a reason
Strong pluses:
Experience with Parcel Panel or similar shipment tracking tools
Background in engineering, logistics, or operations
Experience communicating with suppliers directly
Experience managing or coordinating with customer service agents
What We Offer
Competitive base pay + performance bonuses — we reward people who deliver
Full video-trained workflows for every step of the process — you won't be guessing
A real career path — we promote from within and give more responsibility to people who earn it
Direct access to the founders — no layers of middle management
A fast-paced environment where your work actually matters
