JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Australian property media company looking for an experienced real estate photo editor to join our team full-time.

This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in producing natural, consistent images and can work reliably within daily property-listing deadlines. You will work closely with our photographers and production team, becoming an important part of our editing workflow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit residential and commercial property photography
• Perform HDR or flambient blending
• Create clean, natural window pulls
• Correct colour casts, exposure and white balance
• Replace skies where required
• Remove minor unwanted objects and distractions
• Retouch lawns, pools, screens and property details when instructed
• Maintain consistent colour and style across complete galleries
• Organise, export and deliver files correctly
• Complete revisions promptly when requested
. Edit to different styles. High end-natural ect.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Demonstrated experience editing real estate photography
• Strong skills in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
• Excellent attention to detail
• A natural editing style without excessive saturation or unrealistic colours
• Ability to follow reference images, presets and written instructions
• Reliable communication and time management
• Capacity to meet Australian property-media turnaround times
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• A reliable computer capable of handling large RAW files
• Backup internet or power arrangements are highly desirable

Experience with twilight conversions, virtual staging, floor plans or video editing would be valuable but is not essential.

HOURS AND COMPENSATION

• Full-time remote position
• Approximately 38 hours per week
• Working schedule to be agreed, with some overlap with Australian business hours
• Expected rate: A$4.50–A$10 per hour, depending on experience, speed and editing quality
• Initial four-week paid trial
• Long-term position available for the successful candidate

Shortlisted applicants will complete a paid editing test using the same RAW property images. The test will assess colour accuracy, window pulls, consistency, attention to detail, turnaround time and ability to follow feedback.
