JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join an Australian client on a full-time, ongoing basis.

Salary: A$1,500–A$2,000/month, depending on experience
Work Setup: Remote
Employment: Full-Time
Start Date: August 26, 2026
Client Location: Australia
Experience Level: Mid to Senior

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Handle campaigns from initial setup through ongoing optimization
Develop and refine audience targeting strategies
Test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign structures
Manage and allocate advertising budgets across different platforms
Conduct regular A/B testing to improve campaign performance
Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and other key performance metrics
Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns
Analyze campaign data and turn findings into actionable recommendations
Prepare clear performance reports for management

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
Strong experience with Meta Ads
Experience managing LinkedIn Ads
Solid understanding of PPC and paid media strategy
Proven experience running lead-generation campaigns
Experience optimizing campaigns for ROAS and CPA
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Comfortable independently managing multiple paid campaigns
Demonstrated experience testing and scaling successful campaigns

Experience managing paid campaigns for international or Australian businesses is an advantage.
