JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations for our clients, ranging from fitness clubs to local service businesses. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable working across ad platforms, social media, and design tools, and who enjoys the variety of managing multiple client accounts at once.

Key Responsibilities
• Google Ads & Meta Ads Support: Assist with routine campaign maintenance, upload new ad creatives, monitor daily budgets, and set up audiences
• Social Media Management: Schedule and publish weekly content posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Google Business Profile (GBP) Maintenance: Post weekly local updates, update business hours/info, and draft responses to customer reviews
• Reporting: Extract and compile basic campaign metrics (CTR, spend, leads) into weekly client recaps
• Creative Design (Canva): Create and format social media graphics, ad banners, and client presentation materials using pre-built brand templates

Requirements
• Prior experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager (agency or in-house experience both fine)
• Comfortable managing multiple social media platforms and content calendars
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Strong attention to detail — this role involves a lot of recurring, precision-dependent tasks (budgets, scheduling, reporting)
• Good written English, especially for review responses and client-facing recaps
• Organized and able to manage multiple client accounts without things slipping

Nice to Have
• Experience working with local service businesses (fitness, home services, healthcare, etc.)
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile management
• Basic understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions/leads)
