JOB OVERVIEW

Penji is looking for a talented, detail-driven Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, polished, and high-impact visual stories.

If you have a sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound, and visual flow—and you're ready to work on exciting projects for global clients—we'd love to hear from you!

THE ROLE

Position: Video Editor
Work Setup: 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PHT

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and professional videos
Create compelling visual narratives that capture attention and communicate a clear message
Work closely with Project Managers and Creative Leads across a variety of projects
Apply feedback effectively and refine edits to meet project requirements
Ensure consistency in pacing, transitions, audio, visuals, and overall quality
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual flow
A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and technical skill
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
Ability to receive feedback and make revisions efficiently
Reliable, organized, collaborative, and eager to grow
