# Full-Time YouTube Video Editor

## Financial Education and Entrepreneurship Content

We are looking for a highly skilled, full-time video editor to join our team and work exclusively with our brands.

This is not a freelance project or agency position. We are looking for one dedicated editor who can work 30–40 hours per week and consistently produce high-quality long-form and short-form content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

## What You’ll Be Editing

Our content focuses on:

* Business funding and credit
* Trading and investing
* Entrepreneurship
* Financial education
* Business growth
* Personal development and success stories
* Interviews, webinars, and educational presentations

Your primary responsibility will be editing long-form YouTube videos. You may also repurpose those videos into short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.

## Responsibilities

* Edit engaging long-form YouTube videos
* Turn raw footage into clear, professional, high-retention content
* Repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips
* Remove pauses, mistakes, filler words, and unnecessary sections
* Add captions, graphics, screenshots, B-roll, sound effects, and music when appropriate
* Use punch-ins, pattern interruptions, and visual changes to maintain attention
* Create strong hooks during the opening seconds of each video
* Improve pacing without removing important context
* Clean up audio and maintain consistent sound levels
* Follow our brand guidelines and editing style
* Organize footage, project files, and completed videos
* Make revisions quickly based on feedback
* Meet daily and weekly production deadlines
* Communicate clearly with our content and marketing team

## Required Experience

You must:

* Speak and understand English fluently
* Have professional long-form YouTube editing experience
* Have edited financial, trading, credit, investing, business, or entrepreneurship content
* Understand how to make educational financial content interesting and easy to follow
* Understand YouTube retention, pacing, hooks, and storytelling
* Know how to edit both horizontal and vertical content
* Be experienced with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or comparable professional software
* Have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
* Be available to work 30–40 hours per week
* Be able to complete videos consistently without missing deadlines
* Be willing to work exclusively with our company
