JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help us find and collect influencer leads directly on TikTok. Your main task will be identifying and organizing potential content creators who align with our brand and are a good fit for UGC-style collaborations.

Responsibilities:
• Search directly on TikTok for creators in our niche (especially micro-influencers)
• Collect influencer leads in a Google Sheet (name, TikTok handle, follower count, niche, contact info, content style, engagement quality, etc.)
• Identify UGC creators who create authentic, relatable content and are open to collaborations / affiliate partnership
• Use a US-based VPN to ensure content is relevant to the US market
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, video styles, and content formats
• Communicate regularly with our team for feedback and updates

Expectations:
• Meet weekly outreach KPIs (e.g. number of leads collected, qualified, and contacted)
• Leads must be high-quality and will be reviewed and assessed regularly
• Must take feedback well and refine sourcing methods based on our evolving criteria

Requirements:
• Proficient with TikTok (must know how to evaluate content quality, engagement, and creator potential)
• US VPN required to access US-based content
• Strong research, organization, and written communication skills
• Experience with Google Sheets
• Bonus: Experience in influencer outreach or UGC sourcing
