OVERVIEW

This is an hourly compensation job. 40 hours per week. This will be an ongoing role indefinitely.

What we are doing: Buying septic and wastewater service companies. A bonus can be awarded for a successful acquisition, the amount depends on the size of the acquisition. It could be a $250-$5,000 bonus. It varies based on the size of the acquisition and your involvement in the process.



I am still in the process of building a team, in the beginning, you will help me identify contact info for VIP executives to join my board of directors. I need to hire a Chairman, CFO, Accountant, Lawyer, and 2 industry experts of the septic business. You will help get the personal contact info of these targets. After the board is hired and formed, you will move on the the septic business owners targets and may start doing that while simultaneously skip tracing the VIP executives.



YOUR ROLE

THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILL YOU NEED: Finding personal email, personal phone number and addresses of business owners, executive VIPs (very important persons, IE CFOs, CEOs, accountants, lawyers)

Main task:

-find ALL septic and wastewater acquisition targets in Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois that have more than 8 employees - this will be ongoing until we know we have all of the companies within our criteria

-Skip trace, find contact info and curate an up to date list of these business owners personal phone, personal email and personal address as well as business contact info

-Maintain all this through hubspot crm



Other duties

-General personal virtual assistant

-Make calls to confirm someone's contact info

-General correspondence

-Industry research

-Personnel research IE skip tracing potential board members



I generally need someone who can assist me in finding acquisition targets to buy and find personal phone numbers and contact info for. I can give you access to any tool you may need or want to perform these duties above and beyond the free resources such as ---------- .



Any tools you don't have and need I will provide.



Qualifications:

-must be extremely good at skip tracing

-extremely proficient at research

-competent at CRM management

-able to perform general virtual assistant tasks, (email correspondence, phone calls, setting appointments for me etc.)
