ABOUT THE ROLE This is a role for someone who sits where technology meets the business. You’re hands-on, but you think in outcomes, not just code. You’ll build the systems that run Noppen day to day — a CRM, a website, and the automations that take the busywork off the team’s plate — using Claude, ChatGPT, and whatever tools get the job done.
One day you’ll be writing and shipping real systems. The next you’ll be figuring out where an AI agent could save the admin team hours, or fixing something in Outlook. If you love building things that actually change how a business runs, and you’re not precious about which task you pick up next, this one’s for you.

This is a new role. There’s no established playbook, you’ll set the direction. You’ll report directly to the CEO.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Build a CRM from scratch to run the business end to end — leads, jobs, service history, client communication
• Design and build using the Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI) APIs
• Build and maintain the company website
• Automate the paperwork and manual processes that slow the team down — quoting, scheduling, reporting
• Spot the repetitive, manual parts of the business that AI can fix, and build the fix
Handle day-to-day tech support — Outlook, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, endpoint protection
• Document what you build so it can be handed off, scaled, or improved later
