JOB OVERVIEW

**BB-Builders Pro** is a growing residential remodeling company in the Seattle area. We’re looking for an **SEO superstar** who can take our website, Google Maps presence, and organic traffic to the next level.

**Budget: Up to $2,000/month for the right candidate.**

This is **not a basic SEO role.** We want someone who can own the strategy AND execution.

## What You'll Own

* Rebuild/improve our website with **clean, fast, SEO-first code**
* Technical and on-page SEO
* **Local SEO & Google Maps / Local Pack**
* Google Business Profile optimization
* Service and location page strategy
* Backlinks, citations, and authority building
* Competitor research
* **AEO/GEO** — optimization for ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and AI search
* Conversion optimization and lead generation
* Rankings, traffic, Maps visibility, and lead tracking

Experience with **U.S. home services, remodeling, construction, roofing, HVAC, or similar industries** is a big advantage.
