About Us
In Flow Marketing is a Klaviyo email marketing agency. We design and build EMAIL campaigns and automated flows, inside Klaviyo, for 30+ product-based ecommerce brands at once. We're a close-knit team of 10 (mix of Australia and Philippines) and we're expanding our design team. We need someone who already lives and breathes Klaviyo email design and can hit the ground running with zero hand-holding.

The Roles
We're hiring for both, tell us which one(s) you're applying for

Template Designer/Creator
You design brand-new, on-brand EMAIL templates in Canva from scratch for each client, working from brand guidelines, mood boards and briefs. You design with deliverability and Klaviyo's build structure in mind from the first draft, not as an afterthought.

Production Designer (template-follower)
You take our existing Canva email templates and adapt/populate them accurately for ongoing email campaigns across multiple brands. Speed, consistency, and precision are everything here.

Required -non-negotiable

Hands-on experience designing AND building emails inside Klaviyo specifically, not just handing off a Canva file for someone else to build.
Deliverability-literate: you understand and actively design around image-to-text ratio, file size, alt text, spam-trigger words/phrases, and why an all-image email is a liability.
Solid grasp of email marketing standards: mobile-first/responsive layout, single-column structure, accessible colour contrast, dark-mode-safe design, email-safe fonts.
Expert-level Canva. We do NOT use Figma, ever.
Comfortable juggling a high volume of different brands at once, we currently have 30 on board and growing.
Reliable, fast turnaround, takes feedback well, delivers epic results the first time.

Hours & Pay

Paid per hour worked.
Minimum 20 hours/week, up to 40 hours/week depending on workload.
Production Designer: $8–12 AUD/hour
Template Designer/Creator: $10–15 AUD/hour
Exact rate depends on the skill level shown in your trial and interview.

Non-negotiable- availability
You must be available to work full-time (up to 40hrs/week) from mid-October to mid-December, covering our Black Friday / Cyber Monday peak. Please don't apply if you can't commit to this window.
