JOB OVERVIEW

Email Flows Specialist Needed (One-Off Project, Potential for More Work)

We run a sales training community called FP Elite, hosted on Circle. We need someone to build out our full email flow system.

What we need

Three core lifecycle flows:

New member welcome flow — for people who just joined the community
Past-due subscription flow — for members whose payment has failed or lapsed
Cancellation flow — for members who have cancelled their subscription

Plus one lead capture flow:

Website email capture flow — for people who fill out the email opt-in form on our site before they ever become a member

We already know how we want each flow structured (sequence, timing, goals for each email). You will design and write every email inside that structure, and then build and connect the flows so they are actually live and sending. This is not a "give me a strategy" job, and it's not a "hand us a design file" job either. We have the strategy. We need someone who can execute the emails, bring good ideas to them, and get them running end to end inside Circle or Klaviyo.

Platform

We host our community on Circle (circle.so). Ideally you have direct experience building and running email flows inside Circle. If not, we are open to routing this through Klaviyo instead, using an exported lead list from Circle. Either way, you are responsible for setting the flows up and getting them live and sending, not just handing over designs for us to implement. Tell us in your application which setup you would use and why.

How we'll work together

This starts as a one-off project covering all four flows above. If the work and pricing are right, we will bring you on for ongoing flow work after this.

We'll work closely with you on flow logic and structure. You own the email design, copy, and build.
These designs don't have to be crazy - simple and clean designs will work best
