Type: Part-time, 10–15 hrs/week to start, growing with our Swedish launch
Schedule: Weekday afternoons/evenings Manila time (~14:00–20:00 PHT), plus a
short check on Saturday and Sunday
Pay: $4/hr USD to start · $5/hr for proven performers · monthly bonus

We sell health and wellness products in the Dutch/Belgian and Swedish markets.
Volume is 10–20
to stay under 1%.

What you'll do
Disputes, your main job
Run Stripe and Klarna disputes end to end
Build the evidence file that wins: tracking, delivery confirmation, supplier proof-of-delivery photo,
Klarna disputes for Sweden: hit every deadline, fight "not as described" claims
Know the difference between an inquiry and a chargeback, and act differently on each
Keep the chargeback ratio under 1%.
Everything else
Review and approve the AI's replies daily. Once it's good it runs full-auto and you move to disputes full-time
Escalated tickets: refunds, complaints, delays, wrong addresses
Push corrected addresses to our supplier before the order ships
Flag recurring complaint patterns
Response times: 12 hours weekdays, 24 hours weekends. Disputes same day
Requirements
1+ year CS for a dropshipping or DTC ecommerce store. Hard requirement
Hands-on dispute and chargeback experience: Klarna, PayPal and/or Stripe.
Helpdesk experience (Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar)
Strong written English
Comfortable working with AI tools
Follows SOPs and flags problems instead of improvising
Internet 25 Mbps+ (we verify)
Bonus points
You've worked as a dedicated dispute/chargeback manager
Klarna merchant portal specifically
ChargeFlow, Chargeblast or similar
We run Stripe (NL/BE) and Klarna (Sweden). We don't use PayPal, but PayPal dispute experience still counts with us
