JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a versatile remote Specialist to divide their workday between email marketing campaigns and outbound phone sales across two of our core brands.

Daily 8-Hour Work Split

Block 1 (4 Hours) — Clicks Rise (Email Marketing): Manage outbound email campaigns, pull lead lists, format sequence copy, set up email triggers, and track campaign deliverables.

Block 2 (4 Hours) — Naturally Mend (Wholesale Cold Calling): Make outbound cold calls to retail store buyers and health shop owners to pitch our natural wellness products and secure shelf placement.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, launch, and monitor outbound B2B email sequences for Clicks Rise.

Execute 40 to 60+ cold calls daily during the Naturally Mend shift using our CRM dialer.

Handle buyer objections, qualify leads, and log all notes and email responses accurately in the CRM.

Follow up on interested email replies and warm phone prospects to convert them into active accounts.

Requirements

Experience with both outbound email marketing platforms (Apollo, Instantly, CRM platforms) and B2B cold calling.

Fluent spoken and written English with a strong, confident phone presence.

Great organization skills to manage daily tasks between two brands.

Dedicated quiet home workspace, high-speed internet, and a USB noise-canceling headset.
