JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for customer service representatives who can speak Korean.

Responsibilities:
* Management of customer communications and troubleshooting concerns
* Maintaining high-quality customer experiences
* Collaborating with other co-workers and teams to cultivate effective and efficient support processes.

You will be engaging directly with customers to address various inquiries, resolve issues in a timely manner, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
* Must be able to communicate in Korean
* Strong skills in customer service, customer support and fostering customer satisfaction
* Background in managing customers interactions professionally while maintaining high-quality customer experience
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Proficiency in problem solving and conflict resolution
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Customer Support tools
* Previous experience in wholesale, retail or e-commerce is beneficial
