Remote Sales Representative | Warm Inbound Leads Only | Base + Uncapped Commission

We’re hiring a fully remote Sales Representative to sell accounting services to small businesses, including payroll, tax planning, and bookkeeping.

This is a warm-leads-only role. No cold calling. No prospecting. You’ll be speaking with fully inbound leads who have already shown interest and need help understanding the right accounting support for their business.

You’ll be team member #3 on a small, high-performing sales team. Sales reps #1 and #2 are already earning $90k+, and this role includes base pay plus uncapped commission.

What You’ll Do

Make a minimum of 50 warm outbound dials per day to inbound leads
Speak with small business owners about payroll, tax planning, and bookkeeping services
Qualify leads, understand their needs, and recommend the right service package
Follow up consistently with interested prospects
Maintain accurate notes and pipeline activity in the CRM
Help build and improve the sales process as an early sales team member
What We’re Looking For

Sales experience, ideally in services, B2B, finance, accounting, payroll, or small business solutions
Comfortable making 50+ warm dials per day
Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with business owners
Ability to follow up, stay organized, and manage a pipeline
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working fully remote
Consultative sales style with a focus on solving real business problems
Compensation

Base pay plus commission
Uncapped earning potential
Current sales reps are earning $90k+
