Position SummaryProvide efficient, courteous, and personalized service to professional tax
advisors, operations department, senior management, and current clients by effectively
interfacing with those assigned to provide these services. Serve as an administrative assistant
to ensure daily tasks and objectives are completed with exceptional accuracy and high-
performance standards. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
●Sorting and organizing documents received from clients, including engagement letters,
intake questionnaires, and tax documents.
●Making outbound calls to follow up with clients regarding document submissions.
●Communicating effectively with staff.
●Using CRM and Microsoft Office programs.
●Checking the shared work drive for client document uploads.
●Processing uploaded documents according to project needs.
●Creating projects in the CRM.
●Checking calendar for accuracy and managing calendar entries.
●Notifying clients of project completion.
●Managing document storage in CRM.
●Running and correcting CRM database integrity reports to filter and fix possible errors.
●Managing email accounts.
●Meeting with the Operations team to discuss work and strategize.
●Other tasks as assigned (e.g., CRM audits, data reports, preparing reports).
Between 10-40 hours weekly from
April 16 to January 31 and 40+ hours from February 1 to April 15)

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

Education/Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three to
five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience. Some college preferred.
Language Ability:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and
correspondence. Ability to speak effectively in English on the phone or before groups of
customers or employees of an organization.
