JOB OVERVIEW

I have an online course about real estate investing. I am looking for somebody who can assist with selling this course.

Social media will likely be a part of the sales and marketing strategy, but I am not necessarily looking for purely a social media manager. I am open to having a separate role for social media management and video editing, depending on the candidate's qualifications and fit.

Course content is focused on residential rental/Airbnb real estate investing, primarily built around the United States market.

Required qualifications:
* Proven results selling and marketing online courses or similar digital products
* Experience with different sales and marketing strategies for online courses or similar digital products, not only social media
* Excellent written English

Preferred qualifications:
* Knowledge of the various platforms for online course hosting
* Social media management skills
* (Basic) video editing skills
* Knowledge of real estate investing, Airbnb, rentals and the US housing market
