JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We're hiring a Project Manager for our marketing agency in Canada to be the central point of contact for our clients and our internal team once a deal closes. You'll pick up the relationship right after the sale and own it from there — through onboarding, active project work, and ongoing service delivery.

This is not a "manage a spreadsheet and disappear" role. You will be talking to clients directly, updating them, answering their questions, and making sure our internal team is actually executing on what was promised.

Client-Facing Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after they sign, throughout active project work
Provide regular status updates and reporting to clients on project/campaign progress
Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, concerns, and requests
Manage client expectations and proactively flag issues before they become problems
Maintain a professional, trustworthy tone that reinforces why the client chose us

Internal Coordination Responsibilities:

Assign tasks to the appropriate team members (designers, developers, ad specialists, etc.) based on each client's scope of work
Follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Facilitate communication between internal teams (e.g., dev, design, ads) when a project requires cross-functional input
Keep projects organized and on track using our project management systems
Report directly to the founder on project status, client health, and any risks or blockers

Requirements:

Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, 8AM - 3PM MST
Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be the voice of our agency to clients
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple client accounts/projects at once
Confident communicator who can handle client questions and pushback professionally
Self-starter who follows up without needing to be reminded

Preferred (Not Required):
Previous experience as a Project Manager at a marketing agency
Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel (GHL), Webflow, or similar project management/CRM platforms
Experience working with North American clients

Salary:
$600 - $1000 CAD/mo (based on previous experience and skills)
