Flight Performance is a growing performance marketing agency looking for a Retention Marketing Specialist with deep hands-on experience running lifecycle programs across Klaviyo, Attentive, and Yotpo.

In this role you will both shape retention strategy and build it — developing lifecycle plans, building and managing flows and campaigns, running tests, and delivering clear performance analysis across email, SMS, and loyalty in service of disruptive DTC and ecommerce brands.

Note: All remote employees must be available during the following business hours:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 5:30pm PST

Responsibilities
— Shape retention strategy across email, SMS, and loyalty: flow architecture, segmentation approach, campaign calendars, and testing roadmaps
— Build and launch flows, campaigns, and segments across Klaviyo, Attentive, and Yotpo, from plan to live and well-built execution
— Run account maintenance that keeps performance clean: list health, deliverability monitoring, suppression management, and churn signals
— Design, run, and read A/B tests across subject lines, creative, send timing, offers, and flow logic — and document insights so they scale across accounts
— Analyze retention performance and diagnose what is driving results, not just report the numbers
— Prepare structured MTD and weekly performance summaries and support client-facing deliverables including weekly updates and QBR decks
— Work across the metrics we track: revenue per recipient, open rate, click rate, CVR, repeat purchase rate, AOV, LTV, and list growth rate

Requirements
— Deep experience running retention marketing across email and SMS — strong Klaviyo proficiency required, Attentive and Yotpo familiarity preferred
— Both strategic and executional: you can think through the lifecycle plan and then build it yourself
— Strong analytical judgment, comfortable living in the data and d ---------- what it means
— Detail-oriented and reliable in the platforms, with flows and campaigns built right 100% of the time
— Above average written English communication skills
— Available Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm PST
