Hey there! We are looking for a highly organised and energetic Full Time Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join Number 90 — a bar/restaurant on the canal in Hackney Wick, London, with two nightclub rooms attached, a very busy and vibrant place.
You'll be supporting Marilo, our corporate sales lead, in the corporate booking department — helping fill our spaces with corporate events of all kinds. The role covers admin, contracts, marketing research, and cold calling, so alongside being organised, you'll need to be genuinely comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people. If cold calling makes you want to hide, this probably isn't the role for you!

We'd love someone looking for a long-term position — we already have 4 team members from the Philippines who've worked with us for 2+ years on average, it's all down to how dedicated and result-driven the team is — keen to bring their own ideas to the table, and excited to become a real part of a small, close-knit team.
You'll need to be confident, an excellent communicator, and write and speak English to a high level. This is a full-time role — 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday — with your working hours running through to 4pm UK time, so please only apply if you're able to work into UK evening hours from the Philippines. Benefits:
$600 salary per month
13th month pay, paid in December (pro-rata in your first year)
20 days paid holiday per year (inclusive of Philippine public holidays)
Up to 5 paid sick days per year
After 3 months' probation (or earlier if you're exceeding expectations):
Unlock a bonus scheme: earn a percentage on any upsells you generate on events (e.g., upselling a Karaoke add-on at £200 could earn you around 10%, roughly £20–25)
Earn a fee for any events you personally bring in through your own actions (e.g., cold calling) — the size of this depends on the event, but a strong booking can easily be worth $100 or more
After 6 months:
HMO cover unlocked — paid every 6 months (i.e., renewed twice a year, rather than a single annual upfront payment)
