About the Role
Position: Real Estate Admin. Asst.
Location: Anywhere – 100% Remote
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time
Work Duration: 40 hours/week

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support rehab projects, purchasing, and real estate transactions.
- Coordinate contractors, inspections, schedules, and site visits.
- Request and track quotes, materials, orders, and deliveries.
- Research vendors, suppliers, materials, and properties.
- Keep project trackers and files organized.
- Follow up with vendors, contractors, and team members.
- Assist with real estate transactions from contract to closing.
- Handle general admin tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in real estate admin/VA work is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with rehab, renovation, construction, or real estate investing is a plus.
- Experience with quotes, estimates, invoices, orders, and deliveries is helpful.
- California real estate experience is a plus.
- Must be organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable communicating with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and team members.
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and consistent with follow-ups.

**Work Requirements**

**Compensation & Benefits**
-$4 to $5/hour, based on experience
-Bi-weekly pay + 13th Month Pay
