JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a US-based marketing agency working with luxury and high-end brands - jewelry stores, watch dealers, premium eCommerce. Our clients spend real money and expect the ads to look and perform like the brands they represent.

We are hiring one person to own paid media across Google and Meta. Not a Google specialist who also touches Facebook. Not a Meta buyer who outsources search. Both, hands-on, every week.

This is a full-time seat, 40 hours a week, on US Eastern hours. It is not a side project alongside other clients.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Build and run Google Ads campaigns - Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, remarketing
- Build and run Meta campaigns - prospecting, retargeting, creative testing
- QA every campaign before it goes ---------- tracking, audiences, budgets, geo, negatives, placements
- Conversion tracking that actually works - GA4, Google Tag Manager, Enhanced Conversions, pixel and CAPI setup, fixing attribution when it breaks
- Monthly performance reporting across both platforms, written so a client can understand it
- Ongoing optimization with a point of view: what you changed, why, and what it did
- Join client calls and present the numbers yourself

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- At least 3 years hands-on with Google Ads, and at least 3 years hands-on with Meta Ads. We will ask you to break these out separately.
- Experience managing real budgets - tell us the monthly spend you have been trusted with
- Comfort with tracking and measurement, not just campaign setup
- Written English strong enough to send a client report without it being rewritten
- Available on US Eastern hours, full-time
- SEO experience is a plus, not a requirement

HOW TO APPLY

Start your message with the word SCALE so we know you read this far. Applications without it are not reviewed.

Then answer these four things. Short and specific beats long and polished:

1. Years split. How many years on Google Ads, and how many on Meta Ads - separately.
2. One account you are proud of. Platform, monthly spend, what you inherited, what you changed, and what happened to ROAS or CPA. Numbers, not adjectives.
3. One thing you caught before launch that would have wasted the client's money.
4. Your monthly rate for full-time work, and your available hours in US Eastern.

Attach a portfolio, a reporting sample, or screenshots of account performance if you have them.

We reply to everyone who follows the instructions above.
