JOB OVERVIEW

Marketing Strategist

Remote | Part-Time | 8:30 AM–12:30 PM EST

We are a boutique, family-owned, fast-growing awning company based in Miami, Florida. We design and install sophisticated custom shade solutions for the hospitality, commercial, architectural/design, and high-end residential markets throughout the U.S. and Caribbean.

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Strategist to help grow our luxury brand, strengthen our digital presence, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media strategies and content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Create engaging social media graphics, captions, carousels, newsletters, brochures, presentations, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
- Write and manage blogs, newsletters, website content, and SEO-focused articles.
- Plan and manage LinkedIn Ads and digital marketing campaigns targeting architects, designers, developers, hospitality groups, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct keyword, hashtag, competitor, and market research to improve reach and visibility.
- Identify upcoming projects and potential clients within the luxury, hospitality, architecture, design, and commercial markets.
- Maintain and update website content and support SEO and backlink strategies.
- Monitor and report on social media, website, email, SEO, and advertising KPIs.
- Use AI tools for research, content creation, lead generation, and marketing productivity.
- Support the Sales team with presentations, marketing materials, prospect research, and campaign insights.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably with SMBs, luxury brands, hospitality, real estate, architecture, or design.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, social media management, SEO, hashtags, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, research, and storytelling skills.
- Strong graphic design skills; proficiency in Canva
- Experience writing blogs and newsletters.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and KPIs.
- Creative, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Digital Marketing, SEO, or Social Media certifications are a plus.
