JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time and take ownership of paid acquisition across our international online businesses.

Compensation

* PHP 70,000 per month
* 13 payments per year – one additional PHP 70,000 payment in December
* Full-time, remote, long-term position

Your Responsibilities

* Manage and scale Google Ads
* Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* Manage Google Merchant Center and Shopping campaigns
* Optimize product feeds, troubleshoot Merchant Center issues and improve Shopping performance
* Test audiences, creatives, campaign structures and landing pages
* Continuously improve CPA, ROAS and conversion rates
* Analyze performance and identify opportunities for profitable growth
* Set up and verify conversion tracking and attribution
* Take ownership of paid acquisition performance

Requirements

* More than 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
* Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
* Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center, Shopping Ads and product feeds
* Proven experience managing and scaling paid campaigns
* Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, CAC, attribution and conversion tracking
* Analytical and data-driven
* Good written and spoken English
