JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a Meta/Facebook Ads and Lead Generation Specialist to help build and manage paid advertising campaigns for my U.S.-based life insurance business.

This is not a social media posting position. I am looking for someone who understands paid Meta advertising and lead generation.

What I Need

* Build and manage Facebook and Instagram lead campaigns
* Create and test ad copy, audiences, offers, and creatives
* Build Meta Instant Form campaigns
* Test Call Now / phone-call campaigns where appropriate
* Help create appointment-generation campaigns
* Set up lead routing so new leads can be contacted quickly
* Monitor and optimize cost per lead
* Test new campaigns and creatives
* Retarget prospects when appropriate
* Provide simple reporting on campaign performance

My goal is to create a system where prospects can:

* Submit a lead form
* Call directly
* Request a callback
* Schedule an appointment
* Be contacted by my Virtual Assistant and transferred to me when appropriate

Important

I own and control the Meta Business Manager, advertising account, leads, and ad spend.

Advertising spend will be paid directly by me to Meta and is separate from your compensation.

I am looking for someone who can manage and improve the campaigns inside my account.

Experience

Life insurance experience is helpful but not required.

I care more about demonstrated experience generating U.S. leads through Facebook and Instagram advertising.

You should be able to explain:

* What type of Meta campaigns you have managed
* Approximate monthly ad spend you have managed
* Typical cost per lead you achieved
* How you test creatives and audiences
* How you determine when to increase or stop spending on an ad
* How you would route leads quickly to a sales team or appointment setter

Compensation

Part-time — approximately 10 hours per week

Starting compensation: $200 USD/month, depending on experience and demonstrated results.

I am open to a long-term working relationship if the campaigns perform well.
