JOB OVERVIEW

We're a small YouTube content studio and we need a senior video editor who can take our AI generated videos and turn them into something people actually want to watch. This is not an entry level position, we need someone with real editing experience and a strong portfolio, please don't apply if you're just starting out.

Here's how it works. The videos come to you already with voice over and basic transitions in place. From there we need you to clean them up and make them genuinely good. That means cutting out scenes that drag on too long or just don't make sense, since AI footage does weird stuff sometimes. It means adding animations, B roll, or whatever else is missing, and we'll always send you a reference video so you know exactly what we're going for. You'll need to resync the voiceover with ElevenLabs after making your cuts, follow the reference style we give you for each project, and export the file at roughly the same size and quality as the one we send you.

You'll also handle thumbnails. We generate the base image with Higgsfield and expect you to refine it in Photoshop or whatever tool you prefer. We honestly don't care what software you use, we care about the result.

Creativity is what matters most to us, but it has to come from experience. We don't want someone who just follows the brief word for word. We want bold, high impact editing choices, thumbnails and cuts that make people stop scrolling, the kind of instincts you only get from having done this for years. If you have a strong portfolio and some genuinely fun ideas, that's who we're looking for.

Monthly bonus up to PHP 5,000: PHP 2,500 for on-time delivery of all scheduled videos plus PHP 2,500 for quality, videos approved with max one revision round. Extra milestone bonuses as the channel grows.
