JOB OVERVIEW

The pay: A$10/hr base (approx US$6.50/hr, approx PHP 31,000/month at 20 hrs/week) PLUS a flat 5% commission on every sale you close, uncapped, paid weekly. Plus a $300 bonus on your first close.

An established Australian furniture company with 20,000+ customers is launching its premium leather lounge brand in the US. We are hiring one closer to own our US phone leads from day one, and to grow with this market as we scale it.

How this role scales. Our US growth engine is paid ads on Meta and Google generating warm leads at whatever volume we choose to fund. Every month you close well, we increase ad spend, which means more leads on your desk, which means more commission. Your performance sets the throttle.

The commission model at every stage. Products sell for USD $4,000 to $12,000. You earn a flat 5% on every close, uncapped, paid weekly:

One $8,000 close = US$400, on top of your base, in one call
Month 1, conservative: ~$21,000 closed = ~US$1,050 commission + base = ~US$1,610 total
Month 1, on plan: ~$52,000 closed = ~US$3,185 total, more than triple a typical rate on this platform
Month 3 target: $200,000/month in US sales with up to 70% closed by phone (that is how our home market runs) = US$7,000/month in commission

At scale: this market is built to reach $500,000/month in closed revenue. At 5%, that is US$25,000/month in commission flowing through this seat. Getting there means going full-time, owning the US sales desk, and helping lead the reps hired under you. The person who starts in this chair gets first right to all of it.

These projections are backed by live ad spend and a guaranteed minimum lead volume in writing. No tiers, no caps, no games.

The role. Warm leads only. Every person you call filled out a lead form from our ads or abandoned a checkout. You call quickly, build rapport, speak passionately about a genuinely premium product, handle questions from our playbook, and close the sale or book the next step. Our top reps run this exact model in our home market and will train you personally. Dialer, CRM, scripts, and full product training provided.

Hours: 20 hrs/week to start, fixed night shift covering US business hours (approx 11pm to 7am Manila), scaling to full-time as lead volume grows. Only apply if night shift is genuinely sustainable for you.

You:

Hungry. You want income tied to ability and a seat that grows into something bigger
2+ years phone sales to US customers (real estate ISA, solar, insurance, high-ticket ecommerce are strong backgrounds)
Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
Quiet workspace, wired internet, backup power a plus
Most of all: you can make someone genuinely want a beautiful piece of furniture, not just process them
