This Is NOT a Passive Design Position
We are not looking for someone who needs to be told:
"Make a flyer."
We are looking for someone who can receive:
"Here is the campaign. Here is the audience. Here is the offer. Here is the CTA. Here is the timeline."
…and determine what creative assets need to be produced to execute it.
We need someone who thinks in terms of campaigns—not isolated graphics.

* Social media creative production
* Campaign production
* Content repurposing
* Visual storytelling
* Marketing collateral
* Lead magnet creation
* Document/PDF formatting
* Short-form video editing
* Social media content formatting
* File and asset organization
* Brand consistency
* Project management

* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
* Interested in marketing, community building, and revenue—not design alone
You should understand that:
Creative is not decoration. Creative is part of the revenue engine.
Performance Expectations
This is an **outcome-driven role
Performance will be evaluated based on areas such as:
* Creative deliverables completed

* Revenue-supporting assets produced
* Accuracy
* Revision rate
* Organization of creative assets
* Ability to execute with limited hand-holding
Performance Standard
95%+ of assigned creative deliverables should be completed accurately and by deadline with minimal revisions.

The Person We Need
We need someone who sees a strong idea and immediately starts thinking:
What needs to be created?
What does the audience need to see?
What assets will support the CTA?
What needs to be ready before this goes live?*
How do we turn this into something people will stop, notice, engage with, and act on?
If you are someone who can take direction and transform it into organized, polished, high-converting creative execution, this may be the right role for you.
Core Outcome
Take the strategy. Build the assets. Support the campaign. Bring it to market.
