JOB OVERVIEW

UGC Content Creator | Short On-Camera Video

We are looking for remote professionals who are comfortable and natural on camera to create short UGC-style videos for Workplace Fluency™, a digital resource designed for international professionals who work with U.S. clients, managers, and companies.

This is a small, paid project. We are currently selecting a limited number of creators.

What We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you:

Are confident and natural speaking on camera
Speak clear, conversational English
Have experience working with U.S. clients, employers, or teams
Can sound professional without sounding scripted
Can record a clean, well-lit video using your phone

You do not need an American accent or professional video equipment.

The Project

Selected creators will receive access to Workplace Fluency™ so they can review the resource before recording.

If selected for the project, you will create a short video sharing your genuine experience or perspective on the resource.

Pay: $10 USD per approved video

Videos are generally 30–60 seconds. Simple talking-head videos are fine. No advanced editing is required.

Strong creators may be offered additional paid videos.

Please speak naturally. We are not looking for a polished commercial or heavily edited video. We want to see your personality, communication style, and comfort on camera.

Applications without a short video sample will not be considered.
