Event Marketing | Engagement | High-CTA Content | Conversion
Remote | Performance-Based | Revenue + Commission
We are hiring a Revenue-Driven Content & Conversion Strategist to build momentum, engagement, demand, and ultimately ticket sales for a major 2027 Early Childhood Education implementation summit.
This is NOT a traditional Social Media Manager position.
We are not looking for someone whose primary focus is posting consistently, making graphics, increasing followers, or filling a content calendar.
This position has a revenue objective.
Your content should cause people to:
STOP ? ENGAGE ? RESPOND ? CLICK ? INQUIRE ? BUY
We need someone who understands how to take a movement, event, founder, speakers, industry problems, partnerships, solutions, and ticket offer and build a strategic content campaign that converts attention into action and action into revenue.
YOUR FIRST MISSION: BUILD MOMENTUM
Your first major assignment will be developing and executing a complete 30-Day Event Momentum & Conversion Campaign.
We do NOT want 30 random social media posts.
We want a strategically sequenced campaign where every piece of content has an objective.
You will develop:
* Educational authority content
* High-CTA conversion content
* Bold and controversial conversation starters
* Industry pain-point content
* Polls and audience questions
* Founder-led video concepts and scripts
* Short-form video/Reel concepts
* Speaker/session tie-ins
* Partner and sponsor spotlights
* Behind-the-scenes content
* Implementation challenges
* Audience participation campaigns
* Community engagement posts
* Social proof content
* Ticket-focused campaigns
* Urgency and scarcity messaging
* Lead-generation content
* Retargeting/reactivation concepts
* Direct-response CTAs
The goal is to intentionally move our audience through:
ATTENTION ? ENGAGEMENT ? INTEREST ? INTENT ? CONVERSION ? REVENUE
THIS ROLE IS MEASURED DIFFERENTLY
We are not hiring someone simply to report:
"We posted 25 times this month."
"Engagement increased."
"We gained 300 followers."
Those numbers may matter, but they are not the finish line.
We want to know:
How many people took action?
How many qualified conversations did the content generate?
How many people clicked?
How many entered the ticket pipeline?
How many converted?
How much attributable revenue did the campaign generate?
Activity alone is not performance.
YOUR SCORECARD
Performance will be evaluated through measurable indicators including:
* Content-generated leads
* CTA responses
* Qualified DMs/conversations
* Landing-page/ticket-page traffic
* Link clicks
* Ticket inquiries
* Ticket purchases
* Conversion rate
* Audience reactivation
* Campaign-attributed revenue
* Revenue generated from organic content
* Engagement that progresses into the sales pipeline
COMPENSATION
This is a performance-driven revenue and commission-based opportunity.
Compensation is designed around measurable conversion and revenue performance.
The stronger your content performs and the more attributable revenue your campaigns help generate, the greater your earning opportunity.
This opportunity is best suited for someone who is confident in their ability to produce more than vanity metrics.
If you need guaranteed compensation regardless of campaign performance, this may not be the right opportunity for you.
If you understand direct-response marketing, conversion content and performance-based compensation—and you're confident you can help turn attention into revenue—we want to talk to you.
WHO WE NEED
You may have experience as a:
* Content Marketing Strategist
* Conversion Copywriter
* Direct-Response Content Strategist
* Event Marketing Strategist
* Social Media Conversion Strategist
* Organic Growth Strategist
* Community Conversion Strategist
Your exact previous title matters less than your ability to produce measurable results.
You should understand:
Content Strategy
How individual pieces of content work together as part of a larger campaign.
Direct-Response Copywriting
How to write hooks, build tension, communicate value, overcome objections and create strong CTAs.
Conversion
How to move an audience from passive consumption into measurable action.
Event Marketing
How to build anticipation and demand around a future live experience.
Community Engagement
How to create conversations rather than simply broadcast information.
Buyer Psychology
How awareness, pain, desire, urgency, trust and social proof influence purchasing decisions.
Analytics
How to determine what's working, what's not and what needs to change.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO THINK BEYOND ONE POST
If we tell you:
“ECE school owners are struggling with staffing, leadership accountability, payroll, funding and outdated technology.”
We expect you to immediately begin thinking:
What's the strongest hook?
What conversation could we start?
What's the founder video?
What's the poll?
What's the controversial angle?
Which speaker connects to the problem?
Which partner provides a solution?
What's the lead-generation opportunity?
What's the CTA?
How do we move the engaged person toward purchasing a ticket?
That's the level of strategic thinking this position requires.
FIRST 30-DAY DELIVERABLE
You will develop and execute a 30-Day Event Momentum & Conversion Campaign, including:
* 30-day strategic content calendar
* Daily content concepts
* Finished captions/copy
* High-impact hooks
* Content objectives
* Recommended formats
* Founder video scripts/topics
* Engagement questions
* Polls
* Speaker integrations
* Partner integrations
* Behind-the-scenes concepts
* Implementation challenges
* Lead-generation opportunities
* High-CTA conversion posts
* Ticket-sales CTAs
* Weekly conversion review
* Campaign optimization recommendations
Every piece of content should answer:
What do we want this person to DO next?
HOW TO APPLY
Generic applications will not be considered.
Please provide:
1. A brief introduction explaining your experience with conversion-focused content, direct-response marketing, event marketing, lead generation or revenue-producing social media.
2. Three examples of content or campaigns you personally created or strategized.
3. At least one example of a campaign where your work contributed to leads, registrations, purchases or revenue.
Numbers matter.
Whenever possible, include:
Audience Size ? Campaign ? Leads/Clicks ? Conversions ? Revenue
4. Explain how you determine whether content is producing business results rather than vanity metrics.
5. Tell us about your experience working under a performance/commission-based compensation structure.
REQUIRED MINI ASSIGNMENT
We want to evaluate how you THINK.
Imagine you are marketing a major Early Childhood Education implementation summit.
The central message is:
The industry has talked about its problems long enough. It's time to start implementing solutions.
Create three concepts:
A. CONVERSATION
One bold post designed to generate meaningful discussion.
B. FOUNDER VIDEO
One short-form founder video/Reel concept.
C. CONVERSION
One high-CTA post designed to move an engaged follower closer to purchasing a ticket.
For each provide:
HOOK ? CONTENT IDEA ? CTA ? DESIRED ACTION
Do not spend more than 20–30 minutes completing this assignment.
We aren't evaluating graphic design.
We're evaluating your ability to create:
ATTENTION.
CONVERSATION.
ACTION.
CONVERSION.
REVENUE.
ONE FINAL QUESTION
Finish your application by answering:
If you had 30 days to turn an engaged but non-buying audience into paying event attendees, what would you do first—and why?
We are looking for someone who doesn't wake up asking:
What should I post today?
We want someone who asks:
“What does the audience need to see, hear, believe or experience today that will move them closer to taking action?”
If you understand that difference, we want to hear from you.
