We're looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager/Marketer to grow the online presence of PreFilters, an Australian water filtration retailer. This role owns our social strategy end-to-end — organic content, paid advertising, and performance reporting. You'll set the content direction, create the content, manage the calendar and posting cadence, oversee content production (whether created by you, a freelancer, or a UGC creator), and run paid ad campaigns that actually convert.
This role suits someone who understands what makes content perform — not just someone who can post, but someone who knows how to hook attention, read the data, and adjust strategy based on what's working. We're not looking for someone who posts for the sake of posting — we want someone who comes to us with a proven strategy that leads to real sales, not just views or reach.
You'll need a genuine understanding of our brand, and you should be able to work with minimal direction. Work should come to us close to final each time — we're not looking to be picking up on missed details, inconsistencies, or small imperfections that should have been caught before it reaches us. We're not here to hand-hold — we're looking for someone who is genuinely excited and passionate about the work, and who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.

- High attention to detail — output should be delivered high quality, close to final, with minimal errors, inconsistencies, or imperfections needing to be flagged back

- Highly efficient and self-directed — turns tasks around quickly without needing reminders or step-by-step direction
- Proactive and innovative — brings new content/campaign ideas rather than waiting to be asked
