JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Credit Repair Specialist who can handle both personal and business credit for our US-based clients. This is a long-term role that requires deep knowledge of the full credit repair and credit-building process — from disputing negative items on personal reports all the way through establishing and scaling business credit.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Analyzing personal credit reports (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) and identifying negative, inaccurate, or disputable items
- Drafting and sending dispute letters to bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies (goodwill letters, debt validation letters, 609/611 letters, CFPB complaints)
- Guiding clients through the process of rebuilding personal credit scores
- Transitioning clients from repaired personal credit to building strong business credit profiles (Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, Equifax Business)
- Setting up business credit foundations: EIN, business address, phone, DUNS/PAYDEX score, vendor tradelines, net-30 accounts, business credit cards
- Monitoring credit report progress and adjusting strategy as needed
- Keeping accurate records and updating clients on their progress

Who We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in US personal credit repair (must know FCRA, FDCPA, and dispute processes inside and out)
- Strong knowledge of business credit building — not just personal
- Understands the full pathway: repair personal ? establish business entity ? build business credit profile ? access business funding
- Knows which net-30 vendors, tradelines, and business credit cards to use at each stage
- Familiar with credit repair software platforms (DisputeBee, Credit Repair Cloud, ScoreCEO, DisputeFox, or similar)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client files simultaneously

Schedule: Part-time to start, with potential to grow into full-time. Must have availability during US business hours (Mountain Time preferred).

1. A client has a collection account on their personal credit report that is 3 years old. The collection agency is reporting inaccurate information. Walk us through exactly what steps you would take and which letters you would send, and in what order.

2. After a client's personal credit score improves, what are the first 5 concrete steps you take to start building their business credit from scratch? Please be specific — what entities do you register with, in what order, and why?

3. What is a PAYDEX score, how is it calculated, and what are the best strategies to get a business to a PAYDEX score of 80 or higher as quickly as possible?

4. A client has a personal credit score of 620 and no business credit history. They want to qualify for business funding in 12 months. What is your month-by-month strategy to get them there?

5. What credit repair software do you prefer to use and why? What specific features does it have that make your work faster or more effective? Have you used any AI tools to assist with the dispute or credit-building process?
