We need a dependable outbound appointment setter to call new leads, use our approved script, ask qualification questions, record accurate notes, and schedule qualified appointments. You must be available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Eastern Time, with breaks as needed. The role is task- and performance-based: work up to 125 supplied leads through three call attempts each day across morning, midday, and evening windows. If you complete the task load in less time while maintaining quality, that is fine.

Pay: US$150 per week, paid weekly, plus performance bonuses for quality appointments that show. Launch bonus milestones: US$15 when 3 quality appointments show in a week, plus US$25 more when 5 quality appointments show (US$40 total). A quality appointment means a genuine, qualified lead with accurate notes who attends; duplicates, no-shows, and junk bookings do not count.

You need clear spoken and written English, reliable follow-through, a quiet professional calling setup, careful CRM note-taking, and the ability to follow a repeatable process. Prior appointment-setting or customer-conversation experience is preferred but not required.

To apply: briefly describe relevant appointment-setting, lead-response, or customer-conversation work; confirm availability for the stated schedule and task load; and attach a 60–90 second voice sample. In the sample, imagine you are calling a new lead who says: I am interested, but I am busy and not sure this is for me. Acknowledge the concern, ask one or two appropriate qualification questions, explain the next step, and close respectfully. Shortlisted candidates will complete a structured interview and paid practical trial.
